1. Services Offered

I provide professional WordPress-related services including website development, customization, WooCommerce setup, speed optimization, bug fixing, and more. The specific scope and timeline of each project will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Project Requirements

To begin a project, clients must:

Clearly define the project scope and expectations
Provide necessary materials (text, images, credentials, etc.)
Make an initial payment if required (usually 30%–50%)

3. Payments & Invoicing

All payments must be made in the agreed currency and method (e.g., bank transfer, bKash, PayPal, etc.)
Full payment is required upon project completion before final delivery or website transfer
Any extra features or revisions beyond scope may incur additional costs

4. Revisions & Delivery

I offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions unless otherwise agreed
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Project delivery time depends on the complexity and your timely communication

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate project information
Supplying content (text/images) unless content creation is included
Responding promptly during project development

6. Confidentiality

All project details, credentials, and communications are kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of completing your project.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund may be possible
Once work has started, partial refunds (if any) will be based on the work already completed
No refund will be issued after full project delivery

8. Website Ownership

After full payment, you will own 100% rights to the final website delivered — including content, code, and design (excluding any third-party licenses).

9. Limitation of Liability

I will not be liable for:

Any loss of data caused by third-party plugins or hosting providers
Delays due to client-side delays (e.g., slow communication)
Security issues that arise after site handover (unless under maintenance contract)

10. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
