Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: [July 2025]

At DevTareq, I strive to deliver high-quality WordPress development services that meet your expectations. However, I understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains when refunds are applicable and under what conditions cancellations are allowed.

Β

πŸ”„ Project Cancellation

  • You may cancel your project before development work has started, and a full refund will be issued.

  • If the project is already in progress, a partial refund may be granted based on how much work has been completed.

  • Once the final files or website have been delivered, no refund will be issued.

πŸ’° Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible when:

  • A deposit has been made, but no work has started.

  • You are not satisfied with initial drafts and no major development has begun.

  • I am unable to complete the project due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete materials

  • Scope creep (additional features requested beyond the original agreement)

  • Hosting/domain/server-related issues outside my control

  • After full delivery and approval of the final website

πŸ” Revision & Resolution

Before issuing a refund, I will first offer to:

  • Revise the work based on your feedback

  • Fix any issues or bugs (within the agreed support period)

I believe in working with clients to resolve any concerns fairly and professionally.

Β

πŸ•’ Refund Timeframe

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
